One of my friends got me to look up bullet journaling on Pinterest. Don't go look because you'll totally get sucked in like I did. Such cuteness. I've always been list maker, but this takes it to a whole new level.
I'm getting to ready to start up my Couch to 5K next week. I did this a few years ago and found it fun and manageable. But then I got a heel spur and then lots of other things happened, and I didn't keep up with the running. So now I'm trying this again.
If I must be honest, I'm not trying to become a runner. I just want to get back in shape again. Last year I did the keto diet and lost 12 pounds pretty quickly, but then I just stalled out. My goal is to lose another 10 - 12 pounds. I'm combining exercise with the Young Living Slique Complete Kit (which will be coming in next week's mail) and I'm excited to see some progress. I won't be posting before and after bikini pictures of myself, though. Sorry to disappoint!
OK. Back to the bullet journaling. This is nothing to brag about. I'm just a bujo baby, but I've mapped out my 8 week training schedule and will mark off the days as I go to track my progress. And also, since drawing banners is so addictive and reminds me of when I was in middle school where everything got banners and curly-q's, my to-do lists have also upped their game.
