I've averaged about 6 hours of sleep per night this week. That's what I do when my husband is out of town. The kids get to bed, and I putter around doing this and that and before I know it, it's midnight and even though I'm not ready, I head to bed. Boredom is truly not an issue for me. Tiredness, though, is. I'm so looking forward to his return this afternoon.

I'm this close to being done with my tutorial. Maybe I can post it Monday.

Hey what is that 3rd plant? I love the leaves and remember it from when we were hiking in Seattle a couple of years ago.

I hear you on the sleep thing. I consciously tell myself that I can't do it all, but unconsciously I push myself to do it all. All the time.

I do the same when my husband is away, and I annoy myself with it. Bad habit. But it's so tempting to stay awake when no one else is up!

Yup, I'm guilty of the same.

I'm reminded of what a co-worker told me while I was pregnant: it's a tired you've never felt before, and one that never goes away. Even though my kiddos are older than yours, it still holds true.
