Dinner by Dave

OK. I promise this isn't going to turn into a food blog, but look what hubby made me tonight! Thai beef with the yummiest peanut and chili dipping sauce with a side of sliced cucumber, kimchee and stir fried veggies.

That looks like a great meal--and an international one at that. Thai beef, Korean kimche and stir-fried veggies on a Chinese plate. Delicious, for sure!

With food like that I'd say it would be ok to turn into a food blog. Good grief that looks yummy. He didn't make the kimchi from scratch too, did he?

You'll kick my butt for asking this...how big was the mess in the kitchen when hubby was done? My hubby is fantastic cook but I can hardly bring myself to allow him. The mess takes days, I swear, to clean up.

Oh wow, do you hire him out?

Good job at husband selection. His culinary skills look quite advanced. My hubby does a good job in the kitchen too, it always tastes better when someone else cooks it.
