Sneak a Peek

Here's a sneak peek at the baby quilt I've been working on for my soon to be born neice. I'm in love with all these girly fabrics. I told my hubby last night if this 3rd one we're having is another boy, I'm just going to have to decorate the master bedroom like a girl's room. He'll just have to get used to sleeping in a pink floral room, 'cuz I have some pent up pinky decorating vibes that have to come out!!!!

Love it! After two boys, I know what you're sayin' about the girl thing. Zoe was a cloud of pink dust for the first year at least. I'm just now starting to think about other colors and she's almost two. And pink and green are a favorite combination of mine too, along with pink and brown!

I took it one further -- before I found out #3 was a girl, I informed all the boys that I would be putting SOMEONE in a dress at some point so they better hope they are getting a sister. The quilt looks like it's coming along beautifully!!!

It looks really lovely Jo! I love that kind of quilting, modern and fun, can't wait to see the finished project.

Those are great colors together.
When will we find out if it's a girl?? I have to admit, I'm so very glad to be terrorizing Alida with pink and flowers, Martin would have signed divorce papers by now if he had had to endure it.

I love Artsy Craftsy's blog and I found your blog from there. My nick name growing up was JOJO so I was intrigued. The quilt is georgeous. You do great work...
